Ring Stick Up Battery Cam on Safari

I’m at a loss. I have two Outdoor Stick-Up Cams. One is on Battery, the second is on a Plug-In +Battery as a backup. On the webpage on Safari both cameras show up as connected. However, only the camera that is plugged in will show Live View. The battery camera refuses to show Live View, just the contant circle of death and the message “Activating Live View” after which the message in the attached shows up. . I can Live View both cameras on my iPhone no problem. The MacBook I am using is using the most up to date OS and the latest Safari browser. I have removed and re-added the camera several times. In the past it has worked fine, so why is it not working now? Anyone?
