Ring Spotlight Camrea stuck in "connecting to your cam"

I'm trying to setup my new Spotlight Cam, I get it passed the Ring Wifi stage, but once it get to the next page which is "Connecting to your Spotlight Cam.." its stays in that forever, I've gone and recharged the battery's to make sure they are fully charged,I've attempted the setup maybe 3 or 4 times now, and its been stuck in that screen now for around 10-15 minutes, After that time the blinking white light turns off and it stays in Connecting to your spotlight cam
