Ring Spotlight Camera unresponsive

My spotlight cam is totally unresponsive. I tried charging both the batteries and reinserting them. All I can see is the red LED on the battery compartments lighting solid red. I don’t see the camera booting (bottom LED). There’s no response when I press the top button. I have even tried factory reset - nothing. What do I do next?
