Ring Spotlight Cam Plus Solar not updating battery correctly

My Ring solar powered Spotlight Cam Plus does not update the battery percentage unless I reboot the device. As soon as I reboot, it jumps up to XXXX%. I have to question at this point if it really is at XXXX%. I am rebooting daily. Should I just send it back for a new one? I have others of this same device with solar and no issues. The Spotlight Cam Plus with the issues is the “lanai door” picture in this post. The next post will have the picture of my Spotlight Cam without the issues.
