Hi @user_1f5135. Make sure your Spotlight Cam is sufficiently powered, then hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. This will reset the camera. Once that's done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to connect your camera to your wifi network. If you receive any error messages during the setup process, please try these troubleshooting steps. Ensure your Spotlight Cam is within range of your wifi router, typically about 25 feet our less.
