My two-year-old wired spotlight cam will go offline throughout the day? My doorbell cam seems to be ok. I can't figure out if it's the camera or my Wi-Fi? I haven't made any changes to modem/router placement or password changes. Any suggestions would be good.

Hi @E8sgt. If your Camera is falling offline, try the following steps: - Reboot your Camera using the Ring app. - Reboot your router. - Verify your Camera has good signal strength. I would also suggest going over this Help Center page that has other steps you can try.
