Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera - Mode Scheduling available?
I purchased 2 Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera just over a month ago assuming from the product description and documentation on the ring website I would be able to use Mode schedules to enable home and away modes at specified times of day. A pretty basic feature for a security camera. I was not able to find the option in the app, after some research I discovered that is was a subscription level feature and as we were on the basic included trial subscription I could not upgrade to try the feature. The trial has now expired and I have upgraded to Ring Premium subscription to discover that I still cannot enable mode scheduling in the app. I've signed out, uninstalled the app, enable/disabled modes but still do not have the option. Can you anyone please tell me why the option is not available and if I can enable it somehow or do I need to return the cameras as they are not fit for purpose.

No, im afraid the option Mode Schedules is not available under Modes and Automations, all I have is Modes and Geofence. I've signed out again and signed back to make sure it has picked up the subscription change, but still nothing.
