Ring Floodlight Wired Plus camera broke

I’m having problems with my floodlight cam that I purchased this year. First the light keeps coming on and off for no reason. Once I turn it off it comes right back on. Now something wrong with the camera. The picture is distorted. My husband said it looks like water got into it.     @MelFu Really best option is to contact Ring support. There isn't much the forum can do as it does look like some sort of fault.

      @bemak187 Ok thank you. It seems to sort of be working today but now the light isn’t. It show red lights/dots above the camera.

      Hi @MelFu. The Red lights/Dots above your camera are the infrared LED lights used for night vision.
