Ring Elite Indoor Cam. POE

I live in a house and recently endured a series of break ins with criminal damage. I therefore installed several Indoor Eilte Power over Ethernet Cams covering all possible entry points.Two weeks after installation, same thing occurred. More criminal damage. Eilte POE cams were online and picked me up leaving and entering back into house.But definitely more deliberate damage. I live alone and am sensible and logical. I realize the wifi jammers can attack the wifi cams but thought I was safe with POE. Is there any way a determined attacker can disable POE cams and how is it done? Thank youSimon
