Ring car cam effect on hybrid cars

Is anyone else having trouble with the ring car cam draining hybrid cars battery? Maybe it’s just me but I’ve got all of the settings for battery usage and monitoring as low as they can go and yet my car cam stays on hours after the car has been parked in the garage. I love the ring car cam but having to jump my brand new hybrid car is making me unplug the camera anytime I’m not driving which has become quite frustrating. I’ve changed all of the settings but it’s still not helping, does anyone have any advice that doesn’t require me unplugging the camera?
