Ring cameras show under separate locations
I recently added an interior camera to my Ring set up - I only have the doorbell and that interior camera so far but plan to add window sensors etc. So when I added the interior camera it set up a second location (same addres etc) so in order to look at both cameras simultaneously I have to select “all cameras” or something like that. That’s ok but I want to upgrade to basic plus but when I do that the upgrade only sees my doorbell and not the interior came. So, question is, how do I get both cameras (and any future cameras) on the same location ? Is this somehow linked to whose Amazon account set them up (maybe my wife and I did them between us ?) Thanks to anyone that can explain or hel me fix this.

Hi @Mandinka. I would first recommend changing the location of the new camera you added. To do so, go to your Cameras Device Settings page and select General Settings. Here, you will select Location and pick the other identical address. Make sure you hit save in the top-right corner. Now, you delete the second location you set up on accident. To do so, on the Dashboard of your Ring app, select the location name on the top center and you will get a drop-down menu. Select the location that shows no devices. Now press the hamburger menu and tap on Settings. Scroll down until you see the option to delete the location. You should now be able to subscribe to a Plus Plan that will cover both your current devices. Let me know if this helps.
