Ring camera says not battery on phone app. Unable to connect on phone. Connects in web browser so camera is working
troubleshooting
The camera is on, battery is charged, tried resetting and reconnecting. Shows as no battery while using phone app. Not able to get live view. While logged into desktop on the Ring website, the live view works. Any solutions? Or is this a hardware issue?
