Replacing my NVR CCTV system with Ring Cameras?

I current have been using a Swann NVR 8 Channel CCTV system. I do have it on a large screen monitor so that I can see all of the cameras at once. I do have a Ring Doorbell and now have bought two internal Ring Cameras and I do like the simplicity and quality, not to mention the ease of finding past footage. I do understand that I do have to upgrade to the higher Ring package so that I can record more devices etc and thats not a issue. What I would like to know, is there a way to see all or at least four of the cameras on one large monitor and if so how? I know there are some downsides to doing this compared to what I already have. Monthly package cost and a power point at each camera point, but I’d like to explore this option. I’d also,like to know if the existing plug on the power cable can be changed to a normal UK plug, so that I can use a outside UK garden weatherproof socket, which I think will not take the existing bulky Ring power plug.
