Reactivating a Floodlight Wired Pro

I have checked all of the user posts for a solution to reactivating Floodlight Wired Pro. Nothing seems to work.1. Scan code does not.2. Find other options using the 6 digit number manually does not work.I have attempted to set up about 14 times aiming towards the Floodlight at different positions and the bottom light does not come on.I reset the breaker twice and nothing happens.

    Hi @user_ce6d97. If you are seeing no signs of life or lights coming from your Floodlight, that indicates a power issue. I would double-check the wiring and verify there is power. You may need to consult a qualified electrician for this. If there is power, but the Floodlight Cam is just unresponsive, your device may need to be replaced.
