Product Shortage
I purchased the stick up camera plug in. It worked for less than a year and stopped. I called Ring. They sent a battery stick up because they were out of the plug in. They said it was on back order. After having to climb up to take the battery out to charge every two days for the two months I had this; I called and the person at Ring told me that they just got the plug ins and they would send me one out. I received it after 2 weeks and hooked it up. Two days later it stopped working. I called Ring, they said they would send another replacement out in 5-7 days. I have been waiting for 8 days. I called and was told they do not have any in stock they are on back order and there is no timeline as to when they will get any. Can someone PLEASE help me with a solution? I am ready to leave Ring and go with another company/brand.
