playback dark - live view works fine

Question

Have 3 Rings.  One (thats Plugged in) when I play back what's on my motion detector it just shows black. Live view is fine. Other 2 devices (that uses batteries) have no such problem.

I see the same thing with one of the 'All-New' stickup camera. I also have one of the original stickup camera's (it's more like what they call the Stickup Elite) in the same room using the same WiFi network and that camera doesn't have that problem. Besides the 30 seconds of black video a number of times the first 2 to 3 seconds of video are black.
