Outdoor Stick up cam + battery + solar panel. Water damaged

Hi, i bought 3 outdoor stick up cameras and a solar panel. The wire for the solar panel allowed water to get inside the camera and had fried the camera, battery and solar panel. Can these be replaced under warranty and if so where can i get information on where to send them? Thanks.
