Outdoor ring will not connect to router

When I plug in my ring spotlight cam the 2 bright lights come on and will no reconnect to router

I would try following the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to see if you can get your Spotlight Cam to reconnect to wifi.
