No volume slider button on ring app

I have two outdoor wired security cameras attached to the walls of a building. But the volume is so low that you can barely hear the siren or the alert telling people they are being recorded. I went on the ringapp to raise the volume, but there is no volume slider button to raise the siren volume or the voice volume on the app. I tried calling customer service and chat support--but customer service did not have an answer and chat support disconnected the chat. a little frustrated with this issue. Hi @Genaro. There is no volume slider available on Ring Security Cameras, as the speaker volume cannot be adjusted at this time. Other neighbors have made this suggestion before, which you can find [here](https://community.ring.com/t/volume-slider-for-speaker-volume-on-doorbells-and-cameras/13557) on our Feature Request board. Feel free to add your feedback and vote for that request.
