No motion detection or alerts from Stickup cam ... All other devices DB & cams work fine

One of my Stickup Cams stopped sensing motion/sending alerts. **_Device Health stats look fine. Device Plugged in full-time. LiveView works perfectly on this device._** All other devices Ring DB & two other Stickup Cams work perfectly. How can I enable motion sensing & alerts enabled on this one camera

    Hey @Markin45. When you review your event history for that device, are there motion recordings? If so, motion is likely detecting but the notification is not being received. In this case, you'll want to ensure the motion alerts toggle for your Stick Up Cam is enabled in the Ring app, and the app alerts are allowed in your mobile device settings. If you aren't getting any motion events, it may be best to reach out to our support team at 1-800-656-1918 for further troubleshooting.

      Hi Chelsea: Although live view works fine, I get no alerts nor does the camera record video. As I may be busy tomorrow, does anyone staff the support line on Saturday & if so, what are the hours? Thanks again, Richard Baker
