Hi there, @Lycn! What type of mobile device is being used here? When having live view connection concerns, the best first thing to check is your [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), found in the Ring app device health section. Next, check out the steps listed in our [live view troubleshooting Community post](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-not-activating-and-connecting-troubleshooting-tips/249). I recommend also giving the Rapid Ring app a try, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device when attempting live view.
