New add on security camera

I just added a security camera to my property and want to add it to my yearly ring plan. My current subscription runs through February and I don't see how the unused portion of that plan will be applied to my new plan. Hopefully that makes sense? If someone can help me out with that question, I would apprecite it. Thanks.
