motion warning is not working
troubleshooting

I have a Spotlight Cam Plus Plug-in and recently found out the motion warning is not working. I tried all the suggestions on the troubleshooting page, switch on/off mode, unplug, reset... and it is still not functioning. Everything else works perfectly. I have an in-door cam and it works fine also. Is there any way to fix the Spotlight cam?

    Hi @user_f9dfb7. This Help Center article here has information on how to set up Motion Warning for your Spotlight Cam Plus. Make sure you have at least one active motion zone.
