motion notification toggle refuses to stay on position

within the motion settings menu for either of my CAM, the motion notification toggle refuses to stay in on position for more than a second or two.

    Hi @Mindy58. When you toggle the Motion Alerts on, it doesn't stay toggled on? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App before trying to toggle them again. If that doesn't do the trick, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a closer look at this for you and troubleshoot deeper if my suggestion does not work.
