Motion alerts for everything that moves

Did the ability to alert only when a person is detected get deleted? I searched through all my settings and can't find that option. I've gotten 31 alerts in the past half hour because of a Christmas decoration in the yard.

    I too am struggling to find the Person setting.

      It's under Motion Settings>Smart Alerts.  You can toggle on or off People or Other Motion.

        I checked my "Smart Alerts" and see that the PERSON setting is activated but the OTHER MOTION is off. Also my sensitivity setting is at minimum. Why does a decoration give me an alert?
