Missed motion due to subscription expiring. Upgraded plan, can it be retrieved?

New camera detected motion but did not capture due to subscription expiring. I upgraded the plan for all my cameras this morning, and still cannot see the video. Can that be retrieved to see what caused the motion?

Hi @user_2ed38c. Any events that happen when there is not an active Home Plan, are not recorded or saved. Subscribing to a Home Plan after an event will not make the events appear in your History, because the events do not exist. You must have an active plan for videos to be saved.
