Light's but no camera

I bought a house with installed ring flood lights. I set the 1st one up no problem. The 2nd set the lights are on all the time. I tried scan and add the device. The light's under the camera will not blink. I have hit the reset button several times. Thanks for any help.

Hi @Charlesparzyck. The lights on the camera will remain on until the camera has been setup correctly in the Ring app. Try performing a reset on the device by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds, then release. This should allow your camera to enter Setup Mode. If you are still having issues setting up your Floodlight Cam after performing a reset, reach out to our support team for the next best steps.
