Light turn off after 30 seconds
If I manually turn on the light, I expect it to stay on until I turn it off. But it automatically turns off after 30 seconds which is ridiculous. There should be a setting to change that, but there isn't.

Hi @Kevinja. There are some Cameras that will have their lights turn off automatically after being turned on to preserve battery life. The Floodlight Cam lights should not toggle off after 30 seconds. If it is, try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call using one of the numbers available here.
