Is there away to turn off
hardwired-security-cameras
Is there away to set a camera to turn off for a set amount of time? What I mean, my son has a cam in his room. The cam is there since my wife uses his room through the week for her daycare to have a place for the kids to nap. But once the day 8s over I would like to turn the cam off till needed the next day. Right now I just unplug it but that's is not a very good option imo.

Hi @JJDW1970. I would suggest using Modes for cameras. This allows you to have the camera active during one Mode, and off in another. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Cameras-with-Modes) has information about Modes and how it can work for you.
