Installing a Spotlight Cam Mount on a low wall

I want to place a Spotlight Cam Mount on the wall surrounding my pool pump/filter and point it towards the back of our house. The wall is about 5' high. I want to make sure the cam is pointing straight out and not angled down (if anything maybe angled up a little). Will the included brackets work for this? thx
