Indoor camera using data when not activated

As the title says my indoor camera is using data when not activated. Also the audio has bad static on live view. Not nearly as noticeable when actually recording. Both of these have been occurring since new. Any help with these problems would be appreciated.

Hi @ajs. What is the RSSI for the Indoor Cam? This can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. A poor RSSI can cause issues with the audio. Also, this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) has some tips for fixing audio issues with your Ring devices.
