How do I grab a high-res screen shot from the security footage?
Hi, New to this... we've security footage of a burglur. I'd like to capture some screen shots and blow them up without loosing resolution so I can get a better look at the suspect. I assume I need video software to do this? Any tips?

Hey @ahthelife. You will definitely need a video software for doing this! I recommend starting first when downloading the videos from your Ring app and saving them onto something like a Google Drive on your phone. From there, you can pull them up on your computer, download them to your computer and then edit it from there. Sometimes on the computer you can zoom in and this should be enough for you, but enhancing the picture that may turn to be blurry will require advanced programs and skills that I personally am not too familiar with! Hope this helps. :)
