How do I file a warranty claim for a camera protected by the Ring Home Protect plan?

The subject says it all. I go to https://ring.com/support/contact-us and initiate a chat, which gets me stuck in an endless chat-bot loop, with no opportunity to speak to a REAL PERSON. I just want to get a failed camera replaced. Allegedly the cameras are covered by a lifetime warranty, as long as they were enrolled in the Ring Home Protect plan, without a lapse, since they were new, yes?WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO GET THIS STUPID CAMERA REPLACED?!! It has FAILED and I want it COVERED under the WARRANTY!If anyone has any tips to get an ACTUAL PERSON to chat with me in this stupid chat bot, I'm all ears.
