Hard-Wired Flood Light Plus FishEye Look / Can See The Housing?

I recently purchased 6 new hard-wired flood light plus cameras. 1 out of 6 look like this picture. It's almost as if I can see the housing of the camera. All other cameras are very clear. I can also see a bright IR light on top.

Only one Camera looks like this? That should not happen to just one Camera of the same exact model. Try a reset on the Cam by holding its setup button for 20 seconds.
