Gen1 stick up cam problem.

There’s several threads about stick up cams and Iive view not working. Mine is worse. The stick up cam has stopped working and I have to take down the camera and do a full reset. It’s not the network they have always worked but it’s only one cam of four with this problem. Yes it did get a firmware update x2. I’m thinking after 3 years this stick up cam is dead. All four stick up cams never seem to charge above 90% anymore. Ring you really need to tell us the useable service live of your product. I get that batteries degrade but not the cameras. #frustrated
