Fogginess on the interior of the camera lens outdoor flood light in camera

I've seen the other posts on here and the standard answer seems to be using a microfiber cloth on the exterior of the lens this is not going to clear up fogginess and moisture on the interior side of the lens.  Has anyone gotten a legitimate answer or attempted to take the camera apart to clean the moisture /fogginess from inside the lens?

Hi @user_afab1d. If there is moisture inside your Floodlight Cam's lens, then you need to contact our support team for further assistance. At that point, there may be damage to the device due to the moisture inside. You can reach out to our support team via phone, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
