Hi, @SLB7 I'm having the same problem on a newly installed wired flood camera. All my recordings have static. Were you able to resolve your issue? - Kevin

Hi @SLB7. Is the static present on Live View or recordings of motion events as well? You may want to try a reset and a fresh setup of your Floodlight Cam to correct this static concern. To reset the Camera, you'll want to hold down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, you can take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
