Floodlight detects motion but lights don’t turn on at night
My wired floodlight cam correctly alerts me to motion, and the lights can be turned on and off from the app, but the lights do not turn on at night when the floodlight detects motion. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi @user_94ff77 and @MinneapolisJeff. First, check that the Motion Activated Lights toggle is turned on under Device Settings > Light Settings. Additionally, review your Motion Zones for Lights and Light Sensitivity to ensure these are set to your preferences. Keep in mind it has to be dark enough outside for the lights to come on when motion is detected. For troubleshooting, try rebooting the Floodlight Cam by using the reboot option on the Device Health page. This should only take a few minutes. After the reboot is done, monitor the Floodlight Cam to see how it performs. If the lights still do not come on with motion detection, please contact our support team directly for further assistance.

I recently installed a warranty replacement (floodlight cam plus refurb) and have noticed that the light motion detector occasionally doesn't go off. Trying to determine if the warranty replacement is a dud or not. Not sure of the troubleshooting steps I need to go through in order to determine that.
