Floodlight camera is blurry

I’ve had my camera about 6 years and recently the image has gone blurry. I’ve cleaned the lens but the image hasn’t improved. It’s as if the inside lens is dirty. Can anyone help?

Hi @Paulwillson. Can you please share an example image of the blurry view you're seeing from your Floodlight Cam? You should be able to attach a screenshot. Additionally, what number is listed for the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app? This gives us an idea of the device's wifi signal strength, as that can impact video quality as well.
