Floodlight cam wired pro. Floodlights not working.

I recently bought a Ring floodlight camera wired pro, and I had wired it correctly. The camera part works but the floodlights won’t turn on in the Ring app, and it won’t turn on by motion detection. I tried rebooting it and setting it up again, as well I made sure it was wired correctly and made sure it was on. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi @Bagel_1967. Try completely disconnecting the Floodlight Cam from power for 10 minutes. After the time has passed, power it back up. Upon reintroducing power, you should see the lights illuminate.
