Floodlight Cam blue light

Hi Everyone, I installed a Floodlight Cam to replace the old light. It was working fine and then one day it stopped working after about 2 months. I deleted the camera from the app to reinstall it. However, its not installing. It has a constant blue light on all the time. I did a hard reset and turned off the breaker. Ring sent me a replacement and i'm still getting the blue light. Do you think the product is not getting enough power? How can I determine if it is getting sufficient power? Thanks

Hi @ruku. If you've already tried performing a reset on your replacement device by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, would you mind following up with our support team on this concern? They can take a closer look and will be able to tell you if you need to consult a licensed electrician to take a look at the wiring if it is a power concern. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)
