Flood light cam sensor light will not go out and can not reset camara

Had a power outage and now my floodlight cam will not connect to wifi. The sensor light stays on all the time. I tried the rest by pressing the button and even holding the button for 20 seconds and still nothing I have turned off and back on the power to the circuit and still no help What am i missing?
