  Hi @user32588. You should be able to rotate the lights or the camera itself depending on your planned installation location of the Floodlight Cam Wired Plus so that everything is in the correct orientation. You can find more information on the installation [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060800632-Installing-Floodlight-Cam-Wired-Plus-Security-Camera-). If you're unable to get the correct orientation of the lights, I'd recommend first seeing if you can get a replacement through Amazon.   I have the exact issue. I had the flood light that failed and was sent the new model. But this more model doesn’t allow the lights to be rotated to the correct orientation.
