Changing a plug in stick up camera to cat 6 wiring.

As part of a ground floor extension build I am looking to also upgrade our security system. In that relation I therefore bought 2 stick up ring Cameras for outdoor use. My builder has already made plans for the location and connection required. The wiring currently prepared is a cat 6 Ethernet connection and not a plug in. My question is - how do I change my outdoor stick up camera to be compatible with Cat 6 wiring? Is this possible?
