Ring Security Cameras
Can't snap ball of Spotlight Cam Plus into bracket - screw is stuck
Unable to loosen the screw on the grey collar. Using a good quality screwdriver and trying hard not to strip the screw head. There is threadlock blue adhesive visible. Suggestions?

Is there a solution to this? Apart from calling the support team? If the was resolved it would be great to see the answer here

Hi neighbors. This should be easily removed with the Ring Screwdriver. Be sure that you're twisting counter-clockwise for "lefty loosey". If you are still having an issue, try spraying some penetrating oil on the area and letting it soak for a while before trying again. Exact same problem with Spotlight Cam Pro. Collar will not loosen. Stripped the Phillips head screw. Useless.

Same issue. Spotlight Cam Pro. Screws are insanely overtightened from factory. They can't be removed, easily stripped.
