Can I change the time format?

I sent my boyfriend a video of the front deck snowing and I noticed it said 00:6:30 for 12:06am. Can I change it so it says 12:06 instead? Tired of explaining to people that it’s 12:06 and 30 seconds and not 6:30 for example. Not fun when you hear “it wasn’t snowing at 6:30🙄”
