Best option to extend wifi signal to outdoor stick up cam

My new outdoor stick up camera will not connect to wifi since screwing it into place on an outside wall. It worked fine indoors during charging and initial set up so it is a case of finding best solution to extend my wifi signal to the camera. The signal needs to get through 2 brick walls and metal garage door. Can anyone advise whether Ring Chime Pro could achieve this (if so would mean placing in integral garage so not ideal for hearing the chime) or am I better investing in a wifi extender? Any advice or product suggestions gratefully received.
