Just bought a spotlight pro and can't find answer anywhere on the site. What is the best height to mount it to get maximum effectiveness for detecting motion?

    Hi @Ldg2009. About nine feet off the ground outside is a good rule of thumb for mounting Ring security cameras. I was able to find this information and other great installation tips in this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041664712-The-Security-Camera-Placement-Guide). 🙂
