Bad Floodlight Device

I purchased the two pack of the Ring floodlights. One of the devices I received has multiple issues. 1) The threads on one of the lights is cross threaded, so you cannot adjust the elevation of it. 2) The audio output from the speaker is garbled and unrecognizable. We have tried multiple devices. The lights are less than a week old, and have only been installed for a few days. We have the multi-device Ring plan as we've had the door bell for a little over a year now. What can I do to see about getting the bad device replaced? I tried the chat feature, but it says it's not available. Thanks!
