I newly installed a Spotlight Cam Pro (Battery) which I have connected via the C cable (Ring adapter) to XXXX volts. When the incoming ac power is disabled the Spotlight Cam does not automatically enter Low Power Mode, even after a length of time. The result is the camera continues to run as if it still has wired power, and is on pace to completely drain the battery is 12 - 14 hours.I contacted tech support (phone) and performed numerous steps including factory reset, app deletion in reinstall and was then told the camera has to be manually placed into battery mode when power is lost per the “Dual Power Mode” article. With the agent on the phone I read the article exerpt which clearly states the camera "automatically " will enter low power mode when incoming power is disable. There are additional articles on the Ring site which also state this.I was then placed on hold, then told to return the camera and exchange. The replacement Spotlight Cam Pro also does not automatically enter low power mode when incoming power is interrupted. A review of the settings shows that the camera is in wired mode, with a battery inserted and charged at XXXX%.The articles on the Ring site do not provide and answers for this issue, please help.
